The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byLexAggregator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXAGGREGATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. LexAggregator does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date at any time.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations.

One-time purchases (credit packs, product reports): Because AI-generated reports are delivered immediately upon purchase, one-time purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, you may request a full refund by contacting support@lexaggregator.com within 30 days of purchase.

Disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
